Bulgarian Premier Vulko Chervenkov (above) who resigned his office today, became the first living victim of Moscow's new Anti-Stalinist course, which has already rehabilitated the reputations of many dead communists. Chervenkov, Moscow trained in the twenties and an imitator of Stalin, is the first head of a satellite government to be ousted on a formal charge of having "encouraged the cult of personality"-- A reference to Stalin's one man rule which the soviets now find distasteful."
