Photo shows interior office with twelve unknown men standing/sitting at desk, and handwritten in ink is the word "Dad" with an arrow pointing to one of the men. Also, an address label on back says, "Ellen M. Spencer, 3907 W. South Avenue, Tampa, Florida 33614."
