Description: Photograph of concrete-lined channel under construction by county highway crew. A road-side gully was filled and shaped prior to construction. This was the first cooperative project in Oklahoma between the Soil Conservation Service [SCS] and the Board of County Commissioners under the Upstream Flood Prevention Program. Materials were furnished by SCS and the Commissioners supplied the labor and equipment. OK-4792-13.
