Caption: "A Oklahoma City man was killed near NW 96 and Western this morning when a freight train sliced his pickup truck in two. Virgil D. Russell, 70, of 317 NW 95, was dead on arrival at Baptist Medical Center about 8:15 a.m. Police said the westbound truck pulled onto the Santa Fe tracks and was unable to clear the crossing before the southbound freight hit it."
