Farming Equipment and Methods

Description: Photograph of a V-shaped cutting blade of a root plow which is drawn laterally through the soil 12 to 18 inches deep. This operation cuts stumps and roots and floats them to the surface with fins attached to the cutting blade, which prevents resprouting. OK-2524-16.
