The enclosure is photographed before clipping. Heavy concentration area for game. Clipped plots showed 80% use. Taken during annual Soil Conservation Service cooperative grazing use check. OK_1583-1.

Description: Photographic follow-up of OK-1105-7. Fullingim Flat in Mt. Pinchot Pasture. This area is principally hardland range site. Vegetation during the 1940's and early 1950's was dominated by short grasses. Buffalo is concentrated in this locality. Management adjustments, including changes in salt location and mesquite control, have resulted in range improvements shown on return of miscellaneous grasses and moderate use. Grass, Legume and Forb Cultivation

Description: Photograph of Boggy Flats, near Cache, OK. Looking north of the junction in the road to Cut-throat Gap and Sugar Creek Spring. During the drought period of 1953-1956 this area was dominated by short grasses. Note the present vegetation containing a high percentage of little bluestem resulting from good management coupled with favorable climatic period.
