Photograph of brush control by chemicals. Where selective chemicals are properly used the land cover is not destroyed and erosion is controlled. Leaves, twigs and stems of Black-jack and other oak brush is sprayed with a mixture of 2,4-D and 2,4,5-T herbicide all accumulated in a mulch on the soil.
