Caption: "Polio was no handicap for Priscilla Sells, 17, of 1465 Rancho Drive, when she took her driver's license exam and test. Although paralyzed from the waist down since 1949, she passed the test with flying colors in a specially-equipped vehicle designed by her father. She began learning to drive last April, and received the final stamp of approval from license examiner Joe Cook, pictured with her."
