Description: Photograph of Left to right: J. W. Adams, Cull Tree Removal Contracor, Wister, Oklahoma; Mrs. John Bateman, LeFlore County Soil Conservation District cooperator. Encouraged by Joe and Jack Johnson, J. W. Adams became interested in helping landowners to develop their land. Mrs. Bateman was encouraged by Joe and Jack Johnson to become a cooperator of the LeFlore County Soil Conservation District and she has since that time become a "Tree Farmer" and has improved over 500 acres of commercial timber and is a strong booster of her soil conservation district.
