Hurricane Beulah Disaster

Description: Photograph of Don Gray, business manager for the Plumbers and Pipe Fitters Union, Locale 823 of Harlingen, TX, accompanying John England (wearing hat) chairman of the west Cameron County Chapter Red Cross observing Red Cross feeding operations at an Army mobile kitchen. The Red Cross provided hot meals for as many at 10,000 persons daily. Much of the food and other necessary commodities were delivered by volunteer union workers in the Rio Grande Valley.
