Caption: "Injured and Booked Lynn Edward Cory, 17, of 300 N Redman, Bethany, was seriously injured Thursday afternoon when his motorcycle struck the left rear of this car at Grand and Shartel. Investigating officers booked Cory for reckless driving. They said he was traveling East on Grand and skidded his tires 100 feet before striking a city-owned auto driving by Frank Sarayski, 64, of 3608 Westmont. At Mercy hospital he was treated for a double fracture of his right arm, a deep cut on his upper lip and bruises."

Lawson, motorcycle officer, chasing a blue ford north on Robinson, Lommie Ray Campbell, 16, of Duncan, OK (and says he is staying at 2314 NW 1st) ran a stop line at SW 23 and Robinson, Lawson hit the side of his car and throwing Lawson over the car wrecking his motorcycle. Lawson was taken to Mercy Hospital where it was found he had bruised left shoulder, both legs, but wasn't seriously hurt, Lommie Ray Campbell was booked for failure to yield the right of way and no state drivers license and investigation."

Stewart, 29, of 3401 S Shields, stopped at the bridge approach to allow McCormick's truck to cross the bridge, and William Louis Hudler, 24, of 1241 SE 17, driving the pipe-laden truck, was unable to stop. McCormick was trapped inside the cab."
