Description: Photographic postcard of a Flower Parade in downtown Perry, September 16,1909. Visible in the photo are the Bank, Dentist, Woodruff's. Many people are gathered watching the parade. Many are carrying umbrellas. On back is a Perry postmark dated May 4, 1910. The card is signed by Mrs. G. Millegan and addressed to Mrs. M. J. Marsh. Green 1 cent postage stamp in upper right corner. This is taken on Delaware on the north side of the square.
