Oklahoma Leader (Guthrie, Oklahoma)

The Oklahoma Weekly Leader was established in 1893 in Guthrie, Oklahoma. The editor and publisher were the same as the daily edition, the Guthrie Daily Leader. Leslie G. Niblack was listed as the publisher. The paper was published on Thursdays and featured sixteen pages, measuring 15 by 22 inches. By 1907 the paper had reduced the number of pages to eight and the size to 17 by 24 inches. The Leader sold for fifty cents a year and claimed 9,400 subscribers in 1905 and 12,037 in 1906.
