Mr. Cerillo is with the Ayer & Son Advertising Agency, Philadelphia, Pa. and was touring the watershed gathering informaiton for an article sponsored by the Caterpillar Co. Silage was cut from a field in Wildhorse bottom and had made an excellent growth.

Description: Photograph of hay production, alfalfa, irrigated. Mr. Burns has been a cooperator of the Upper-Washita Soil and water Conservation District (SWCD) for the last 20 years. He also has a Great Plains contract on approx. 1000 acres which will be completed in 1967. Mr. Burns raises alfalfa for his own livestock, selling the surplus to the dairy farmers in this area. Tom Perryman, Work Unit Conservationist (WUC), Cheyenne, is seen in the photo discussing the district program with Mr. Burns. TRC-6-7.
