Whereas It appears from an Order
of Sals issued out of the District Court
of the county of Texas, and state of
Oklahoma, bearing date the lr.tli da
of October, A. D., 1918 to me directed
and now in my hands, that on the 14th
day of October, A. D., 1918 in an ac-
tion then pending In said court,
wherein E. C. Thorne was plaintiff
and Alfred E. Cooper and Sarah E.
Cooper were defendants a personal
Judgment was rendered in said court
in said action in favor of said plain-
tiffs and against said defendants and
each of them for the sum of one hun-
dred forty-one and 99-100 dollars,
($141.99), debt, bearing interest at
the rate of ten per cent, per annum
payable annually from May 10th 1918,
and for the sum of ($60.00) attorney's
fee and costs of suit, taxed at ($9.20)
and which sums were declared and
adjudged by said court- to be a second
mortgage lien subject only to a first
mortgage lien thereon, executed to
plaintiff in the principal sum of $(!00.-
with Interest, on the real estate
therein, and hereinafter described.
And whereas. It further appears
that it was further ordered by said
court in said action that an Order of
sale issue out of said court directed
to the sheriff of said county of Texas
commanding him to advertise and sell
said real estate subject to said first
mortgage lien, with appralsment,
so much thereof as may be necessary
to satisfy said judgment, interest, at-
torney's fee, and costs and costs of
sale, and all the right, title, interest,
