NOTICE SHERIFF'S SALE
WHEREAS, It appears from an Or
der of Sale issuea out of the District
Court of the County of Texas, and
State of Oklahoma, bearing date of the
7th day of Jauuary, A. D., 1913, to me
directed and now in my hands, that on
the 6th day of June, A. I)., 1912, in
an action then pending in said Court,
wherein A. H. Havenkotte and J. S.
Upson were plaintiffs and E. A. Biggs
and Daisy Higgs, his wife,were defend-
ants a personal judgment was rendered
in said Court in said action in favor of
said plaintiffs and against said defend-
ants, E. A. Biggs and Daisy Higgs
his wife for the sum of
Eight Hundred Sixty Two and
96-100 Dollars, ($862.96), debt bearing
interest at the rate of 6 and 8 per cent
per annum from the date thereof, and
costs of suit, taxed at Ten and 85-100
Dollars, ($10.85), and which sums were
declared and adjudged by said court to
be a valid mortgage lien on the real
estate herein and hereinafter described;
subject to an existing prior mortgage
in favor ot Pittsburg Mortgage Invest
ment Company tor $228.
AND WHEREAS, It further appear*
that it was further ordered by said
Court in said action that an Order of
Sale issue out of said Court directed to
the Sheriff of said County ot Texas
commanding him to advertise and sell
said real estate, with out appraisement,
or so much thereof as may be necessary
to satisfy said judgment, interest, at
torney's fee, and costs and costs of
sale, and all the right, title, interest,
and ecpiity of redemption of said de
fendants in and to said property or any
part thereof, as in case of sales of real
estate on execution with out appraise
ment, subject to confirmation by the
Court.
AND WHEREAS, 1 am commanded
in said Order of Sale now in my hands
to advertise and sell said premises pur
suautto the order and judgment of said
Court, as aforesaid.
NOW, THEREFORE, Public notice
is hereby given, that on the 10th day of
February, A. D., 1913, at the hour of
10 o'clock A. M., of said day, at the
front door of the Court House, in said
County, of Texas, 1 will offer for sale
and sell at public auction to the highest
nd best bidder, for cash, the real es
ate mentioned in said Order of Sale

NOTICE SHERIFF'S SA E
WHEREAS, It appears from an Order
of Sale issued out of the District Court
f the County of Texas, and State of
Oklshoma, bearing date the 7th day of
anuary, A. D., 1913, to me directed
and now in my hands, that on the 25"
day of May, A. D., 1912, in an action
then pending in said Court, wherein
Thomas G. Love was plaintiff aud
Robert J. Click aud Flora Click, bis
wife, and Willis Petty were defendants
a personal jugement was rendered in
said Court in said action in favor of
said plaintiff and again-t said defend-
ants Robert J. Click ahd Flora Click his
wife and Willis Petty, for the sum of
Oue Hundred Two and 73-100 Dollars,
($102.73), debt bearing inrerest at the
ate of 10 per cent per annum from the
date thereof, and for the sum of Fifty
Dollars, ($50.00) attorneys fees and
costs of suit, taxed at Twenty and
65-100 Dollars ($20.65) and which sums
were declared and adjudged by said
Court to be a valid mortgage lien en
the real estate herein, and hereinafter
described; subject to an existing prior
mortgage favor of John H. Shup for
$350.00.
AND WHEREAS, It further ap-
pears that it was furthei ordered by
said Court in said action that an Order
of Sale issue out o( said Court directed
to the Sheriff ot said County of Texas
commanding him Lo advertise and bell
said real estate, with out appraisement,
or so much thereof as may be necessa-
ry to satisfy said judgement interest,
Attorney's fees, and costs and costs of
sale, and all the rights, title, interest,
and equity of redemption of said de-
fendants in and to said property or
any part thereof, as in case of sales of
eal estate on execution with out ap-
praisement, subject to confirmation by
the Court.
AND WHEREAS. I am commanded
in said Order of Sale now in my hands
to advertise and sell said premi es pur-
suant to the order and judgement of
said Court, as aforesaid.
NOW, THEREFORE, Public notice
is hereby given, that on the 10 day of
February, A. D., 1913, at the hour of
10 o'clock A. M.. ot said day, at the

may be necessary to satisfy
said judgment, attorney's fees, and
costs, and costs of sale, and all the
right, title, interest, and equity of re
demption of said defendants in aud to
said premises, or any part thereof, as
in case of sales of real estate on execu-
tion, with out appraisement subject to
confirmation by said Court.
