The Farmer'^ Inftitute and the Irrigation Congress will be in
session at the game time and during tlin opj>ornlty a mass moetiu^
will be held, at which candidates for some of the most iiuiiortant
State offices will be present and deliver addressed.
The Democratic Party, following itr ancient usage, desires to
express, on all occasions, the wishes ot tile whole of its member
ship, to whom the Party belongs, and it is important that repre
sentative democrats from every section of the county, attend on
this day and make their presence felt, in order th'zt the committee
may have the best judgment of all.
At this meeting it is wished tc<Ascertain what each section oi
the county needs, what >'s'jqs will be best to unite upon in order to
present a solid front t the otwosition, and, in general, to review
th«* whole political situation from a democratic stard yoint.
Let those by whom this letter is received, see to it that their
