WHEREAS, An application was
filed on the 8th day of September,
with the Board of Pardons praying
that a parole be granted to Len
Woods of Murray County, State of
Oklahoma, who was convicted at
Idabel, McCurtain County, Oklahoma
on the 22nd day of Sept., 1919, of
conjoint robbery and sentenced to a
term of 10 years.
Notice is hereby given that said
application will be heard on the 15th
day of November, 1920, and all per-
sons desiring to be heard, either for
or against said application, are here-
by notified to be present before the
Board of Pardons at Oklahoma City
in the forenoon of said 15th day of
November, 1920.
IT IS FURTHER ordered that a
copy of this order be published for
four consecutive weeks in the McCur-
tain Gazette, a semi-weekly newspa-
per of general circulation, published

TERMINE HEIRSHIP.
In the County Court of McCurtain
County, Oklahoma.
In the Matter of the estate of Joseph
Williston, deceased, Choctaw by
Blood, Roll No. 1080.
No. 2424.
' THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA,
To all heirs, unknown heirs, admin-
istrators, devisees, successors, as-
signs and trustees, immediate or re-
mote of Joseph Williston, deceased.
You and each of you are hereby
notified that on the 7th day of Oc-
tober, 1920, H. M. Kirkpatrick filed in
the County Court of McCurtain Coun-
ty. Oklahoma, his verified petition
,for the determination of the heirship
of Joseph Wiliston, deceased, and al-
leging therein that said Joseph Wil-
liston was a duly enrolled Full Blood
Member of the Choctaw Tribe of In-
dians and that said Joseph Wiliston
departed this life, intestate, in what
now McCurtain County, Oklahoma,
on the 17th day of June, 1904, the
owner and seized of the following de-
scribed land in said County and State,
to-wit:
Ebb of Sec. 36, Township 7 South,
Range .24 East,
And leaving him surviving as his
sole and only heirs at law and per-
sons who inherited and became the
owners of said lands, the following
named persons, viz: Harrison Jones,
a maternal half-brother, Roll No.
5015; Wesley Jones, a maternal half-
brother, Roll No. 5175; Jesse Jones,
a maternal half-brother, Roll No.
3820 and Elizabeth Colbert, formerly
Baker, nee Williston, a paternal half-
sister, Roll No. 1079; that thereafter
and on the 10th day of June. 1910,
said Wesley Jones departed this life,
intestate, in Choctaw County in said
State and seized of said interest in
said estate and leaving surviving him
as his sole heirs ,at law and persons
who became the owners of such in-
terest by inheritance, the above
named Harrison Jones and Jesse
Jones, his maternal half-brothers,
and alleging that he had purchased
said lands from said heirs by proper
and legal conveyances and is now the
record owner and claimant thereof
and that said persons were all the
heirs of said decedant, but that there
are various persons, the names and
addresses of whom are to said peti-
tioner unknown, claiming to be heirs
of said decedant and to have an inter-
est in his estate and praying that all
said persons be made parties hereto
and be required to appear and exhifiit
and establish any claima^of heirship
or ownership in said estate they may
have, if any, and that said heirship
may in all respects be determined and
established, and
You and each of you will hereby!
take notice that said petition for the]
determination of the fact as to who
were and are the only heirs of said
Joseph Williston, deceased, has been
set for hearing on the 29th day of
Novtmber, 1920, at ten o'clock A. M.,
of said day, at the County Court
room in the Town of Idabel, McCur-
tain County, Oklahoma, and that un-
less you answer said petition on or
before said date, or appear upon said
date, you will be adjudged to be in
default and said petition taken as I
true and judgment will be rendered)
adjudging the heirship to be as seti
forth in the petition and you will be |
forever barred.
