If each organization cannot send
one representative then all should
combine and prepare to send at least
one or two delegates. Doctors,
County health officers and State
health ofTlcens are especially invited
to the conference.
Is your community going to be rep-
resented ?
A meeting of the various organiza-
tions should be called at once and set-
tle the question.
This is the most important health
question of the year. You will be

Roasts
The even, in-
tense heat
possible in a
'RED STAR'
oven enables
you to roast
a piece o f
meat or a
fowl to a
rich brown
color with <a
little or no
chance of
burning. All
meats roast-
ed in a "Red
Star" oven
retain all of
their delici-
ous flavor
and juices. If
a slow roast
is desired the
burners can
be regulated
to a very low
roasting heat.
In fact the
oven heat can be held much more uniform than in a
wood or coal stove. The Red Star roasts deliciously.
Bakes
The certain uniformity of heat is
the thing that makes a baking an
almost certain success in the "Red
Star" oven. During a recent
cooking test pastry for a pie was
baked in a "Red Star" oven at a
temperature of 500 degrees Fah-
renheit. It came out light, flaky
and golden brown in color.
The "Red Star" oven develops
an intense heat without the dan-
ger of flaring as in wood or coal
stoves. You can watch the pro-
gress of the baking and regulate
the heat to suit without opening
the oven door or in any way dis-
turbing the baking.
Fries
You can bring a "Red Star" burn-
er to a frying heat in a surprising-
ly short time. The burner be-
comes red hot and will keep the
food warm long after the fuel is
turned off. This is a desirable
feature in preparing meals. Your
cooking does not need to become
"cold" If you use a "Red Star."
j For every kind of cooking you will
find that the "Red Star" is unsur-
passed.
The quick, intense heat may be
reduced by simply turning the
valves as you would a gas stove.
