Notice of Sheriff'* Sale on
Foreclosure.
Notice is hereby given, that in pur-
suance of an order of sale issued out
of the District Court of the Twenty-
third Judicial District of the State of
Oklahoma, sitting in and for the
County of Ottawa, bearing date of
May 27, 1914, in an action wherein R.
A. Harper was plaintiff and J. D. Go-
ins. et. al. were defendants, directed
to me, the undersigned Sheriff of Ot-
tawa County, Oklahoma, commanding
me to levy upon, appraise, advertise
and sell the following described real
property and premises, to-wit:
Lots Six, Seven, Eight and Nine,
in Block Thirty-four, in the Town of
Fairland, Ottawa County, Oklahoma,
according to the plat of said Town
approved oy the Secretary of the In-
terior on July 30, 1903, together with
all of the tenements, herldltaments
and appurtenances thereunto belong-
ing or in anywise appertaining, to
satisfy a judgement and decree of
foreclosure in favor of said plaintiff,
and against the defendants obtained
and made in said Court on the 6th day
of May, 1M4, for the sum of Six Hun-
dred Dollars and interest from July 1
191 "i until paid at the rate of Eight
per cent per annum, and Sixty Dol-
lars Attorney fee, and Thirty-five and
9.> 100 Hollars costs, that I will on
Monday, the 29th day of June, 1914,
between the hours of ten o'clock in
the forenoon and four o'clock in the
afternoon of said day, at the East
entrance of the building used for a
Court House in Miami, Ottawa Coun-
ty, Oklahoma, offer for sale and sell
to the highest bidder for cash at not
less than two-thirds of the appraised
value thereof, the property and prem-
ises above described, or so much
thereof as will satisfy said judgement,
attorney fee, interest and costs, in-
cluding accruing clerks costs and
costs and expenses of sale.
