pany has moved its general
offices from Ft. Worth, Texas,
to El Reno, Oklahoma. This
will mean much to El Reno as
all the business coverning about
six western states will be trans-
acted from this point.
The M. K. & T. Railway com.
pany has filed a petition in the
federal court at Guthrie against
State Auditor McClelland asking
for an injunction restraining
the collection of the "gross
revenue tax" levied against all
public service corporations.
