How Expended.
The fund raised by the Commer-
cial Club is iuthe hands oft'. J.
Benson, at the Shawnee National
Bank, and is being wisely expend-
ed by the Club.
The bridges at the west and
south side of town have already
been placed in excellent condition
and the one at the east will be re-
paired as soon as the. water is down
enough to allow an approach.

Encampment Notice*
Owing to the change of the En-
campment "rounds from the Kick-
apoo t" the City Park, and the
heavy rains the past week, the
committee have gotten behind with
the work of preparing the Park.
The committee therefore respect-
fully asks that every ore who can
to turn out with axe, rake, grub
bhig hoe. or spade, and pssist them
in gettiug the Park in suitable
shape to receive our guests.

Last Saturday night at the
home of Rev. Moore in Tecum-
seh, Mr. Roxie Cotney and Miss
Myrtle Dunn were married. It
was strictly private, none but the
families of the contracting parties
being present. After the ceremony
an informal spread was prepared
at the home of the bride.

The busiest place in this town
