ter if it cannot fulfil these pro-
mises—no matter if it has failed
when it has had the chance-as
against these human promises to
suffering human beings, all the
bills of constitutional rights in
the world put together will not
have the weight of a straw. And
so long as Society sits blindly
and idly by, and furnishes Social-
ism with the material for its
propaganda, just so long that
propaganda will push its way to
the uttermost ends of the human
heart.
At last we get to vote on the
Cambell Russell bill on remov-
ing the State Agricultural Board
Let us vote to remove every one
of them, then elect nothing but
farmers, to this all important
place.
Sheriff Cope left Wednesday
night for McAlester, accompan-
ied by Fred Caudill who will be-
gin a one-year sentence in the
state prison for grand larceny.
Caudill was convicted in the dis-
trict court of Beckham jcountv
on February 10th, 1911, nearly
two years ago. Following his
conviction attorneys for the de-
fense were given thirty 'days in
which to file an appeal to th&
criminal court of appeals, and
until within the last few days it
was thought that such an appeal
had been made.
A vote for the Democratic
ticket next Tuesday will be a
-vote for the rule of the people in
State and National affairs, for
progressive federal legislation
and for economy and wise state
administration—a vote to have Don,t ow|o6k yoor Legist™

in tne Halls of Congress, and to j Li-
have Oklahoma’s interests pro Vote “NO” if you want Okla-
perlv cared for in the State Leg- j hotna City to keep the state capi-
islature. i tai. “No” is the right vote.
“How must I vote” will be the
all absorbing question for your
most serious consideration next
Tuesday. ‘ One will say, “vote
for principal.” all right, when
you vote for your own individual
self financially, you are voting
for principal, for the reason that
the good Book says: “He that
does not provide for his own
household has denied the faithand
V
is worse than an Infidel,” There
is only two ways to vote, one is
for the money power the other
for yourself. To vote for the
money power will brand you as
an ignoramous, but to vote for
yourself, financially, will be for
true principal. Vote right.
In a two-column roast, the
Mobeetie News man removed,
gently, the sun baked hide of the
Wheeler Sun editor, last week,
and hung it on the green briars
to dry. We will take our stool
and get in the shads, where the
refreshing balmy,southern breez-
es fan our rosy cheeks, and
watch this scrap with the idea,
“Nothing to say my daughter,
nothing at all to say," in mind/
These Texas editors do haud
each other the hot mud directly

The County ticket and the
State ticket for next Tuesday's
election will be on seprate bal-
lots. Voters should bear in
mind that the Legislative candi-
dates are on the state ticket.
