of the Hepublican Central Committee,
held pursuant to a duly authorized
call, at El Reno, Oklahoma, Febru-
ary 20th, 1898, I hereby call a con.
vention of the Republicans of said
Territory, in delegate convention, to
be held at Kingfisher, Oklahoma
Territory, <>n the 30th day of March,
1896, at 2 o'clock p. w. of said date,
