Statehood Convention which

for the purpose of outlining the
plan of statehood to be pretested
nt the next session of congress.
This will be a non-partisan con-

Oklahoma should send a full set
of delegates, and by so doing
show to Congress that we are
piepared for statehood and united
in the fight for that which we
ai t, and have been for a number
of vears entitled to the r.ght of
state government. Oklafn mt and
Indian Territories arc peopled
with as intelligent people as can
J*<: found any where in the
United states, and to sav that
thev are not entitled to the same

states is an injustice ti every
man, woman and child in the two

disgruntled politicans, for
political reasons, oppose the ad-

Indian territories is cot suftcent
reason for Congress t< refuse
to grant us statehood and every
v-'ter should take an active part
in anything that will help to
secure the coveted prize.

Henry Lee, Fingal. X. D ; Henry Jac-

Porter. Crystal. N. I)., and on appli-
cation, the Chicago.Rock Island A- Pa-

a tree rate on Durum wheat seed to be
used strictly for experimental purpos-

Recent experiments made with these
wheats prove conclusively that it is
the proper wheat for Western Kansas,
Eastern Colorado, Western Oklahoma,
the Pan-Handle of Texas and New
Mexico, the wheat producing good re-
sults where the rain fall is less than
fifteen inches per year, and govern-
ment statistics show that the rain-fall
in the states and territory above men-
tioned greatly exceeds fifteen inches.
In the event you should decide to
make an experiment this year, I will
be glad to hear from you
