The Ladies Aid of the Baptist
Church met Thursday afternoon with
Mrs. Stockton. The time was spent
in piecing and quilting on quilts. The
Devotional service was led by Mrs.
Stockton, the subject being “Love"
and each member recited a verse
from the Bible containing the word
Love. Little Naomi Kolochine of Ft.
Cobb sang a solo. There were seven-
teen nn mbers present and six visi-
tors. The visitors were: Meadames
Bell, Mullinax, Mr. and Mrs Klochnie
and daughter, Naomi, end Mrs. Kate
Gilbert of Fort Cobb. Refreshments
consisting of ice cream r.nd cake were
icrved by Mrs. Floyd Belk, Mrs. Ed
Vinyard and Mrs. Stockton. The Aid
will meet each Thursday with Mrs
Stockton until the present work is
hed.
