There is an organization know as the Borrow-
ers Protective Association. It is the object of this
organization to protect the borrower front usurious
rates of interest and they have recovered several
thousand dollars from banks. There is nothing to
prevent the people from doing what thev want to
do—just organize and go after it. But we can t see
