Mrs. Minnie Brasier who lives ten
miles northeast of Buffalo, acciden-
tally got her hand into a feed grinder
last Saturday and had two fingers so
badly mangled that the second linger
had to be amputated near the band.
The 11 rst or ring finger is badly torn
and mangled, but may be saved.
Mr. aBd Mr*. C. E. Johnson return-
«1 Monday from Two Buttes, Colo.,
Mr. Johnson’s father and mother ac-
companied them and will visit with
them for a couple of weeks. While in
Colorado Mr. and Mrs. Johnson visited
bis brothers, Paul and Homer. The
latter Is principal of schools at John-
son, Colo. They are in the artesian
mall region of that state. Mr. John-
son’s father has purchased three quar-
ter sections and four artesian wells
