fifteen dollars aud for every subsequent
offense a fine for not less than ten or
nor more than twenty-five dollars, and
for default of payment said persons be
imprisoned in the town jail not less than
one nor more than thirty days with or
without hard labor at the discretion of
police or tho officer trying the case.
Section 3. That Section fourty-six of
said Ordinance No. six, of the said Town
of Buffalo be and tho same is hereby
amended to read as follows: Any person
or persons violating Section nine of this
Ordinance shall upon conviction thereof
he punished by a lino not less thin five
dollars nor more than twent-flvo
dollars or by imprisonment in the
town jail not to exceed thirty days or
both such fine and imprisonment at the
discretion of tho court.
Section 4. That Section forty seven
of said Ordinance No. 0. be and the same
is hereby amended to real as follows:
Any person or persons violating auy
nf the provisions of this Ordinance aud
the penalty is not otherwise prescribed
shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor
and shall lie punished by a fine not less
than five dollars or more than twenty-
five dollars or by impi isonment in the
town jail not to exceed thirty days or
both such fine aud impi isonment at the
disereiion of tho court.
Section 5. That Section twenty-one
of tho said Ordinance No. six of tho said
Town of Buffalo be and the same is
horeby amended to read as follows: No
person under tho age of eighteen years
Shall frequent a billiard hall, bowling
allev, or place kept for the purpose of
playing billiards, pool, pidoou hole,
ton plus or any similar game.
Section 0. Tliut all Ordinances or
parts of Ordinances in conflict herewith
am hereby repealed.
Section 7. An emergency is horeby
declared to exist whereby it is necessary
for tlio preservation of the public peace,
health and safety that this Ordinance
take effect and be in full force from and
after its passage, approval aud publica-
tion as required bylaw.
