Judge Furgason reports that
on last Friday he took five of our
domestic science ladies to a meet-
ing at Geo. Crouch’s and that in
lis efforts to please and follow
the advice of the ladies he drove
around among the hills south-
west of George’s until, he thinks,
it took him about two hours to
travel the four miles from his
place to George’s, but returning
the women decided to let the
Judge choose the route, and he
landed them safely home in
about half the time. All of
which goes to prove that the
quickest route to a destination is
to let the man have his way.
