L. MeNabb one certain promissory note
for One Hundred Twenty-five Dollars
($125.00) on the following conditions, to-
wit: Due and payable when a sufficient
amount of my threshing had been done by
said H. L, MeNabb to cover the amount of
said note; and whereas, in the month of
July said H. L. MeNabb did thresh suffi-
cient amount of gralu to cover said note
