Colony has a number of fine

doubt, pay as investments. Some-
body start it. The town is grow-
ing.
A good town is nude better by
good roads. Town ami emintiv
people receive mutual benefit
from good roads and it is notice-
able in this community that both
are shouldering the work neces-
sary to make good road.
Vhe state officials recommend
the road drag very highly. No
recommendation is needed lien*,
it is already well known. M’e
have great faith in the road drag,
but works are needed as well as
faith.

being sanitation, contest to end in July. Soon after,
the Colony Ladies Club took up the matter and an-
nounced to this paper a "('loan yards campaign’’ and

trash off the streets. Not long after this announce-
ment, some would be joker is said to have turned loose
a wagon load of scrap paper etc. which ti e wind
