shortage of feeed stuffs and a
demand for both mill feed and
cotton seed meal that la greater
than the mills can supply.
There Is, therefore, some reas-
on for limiting the amount a
man can purchase, but there
certainly can be no reason for
taring this fact to cloak excess
profits. In the matter fo cotton
seed meal, the food administra-
tion has partly remedied the
trouble by, declaring that 10
