After an absence of several
weeks we will write the news
again.
Quite a few of the farmers
now have trucks which are very
necessary for hauling their big
wheat crops.
Little Adalia Weichel is very
sick at this writing.
N. D. Shields and Nick Brown
have new cars.
The rains last week were very
much appreciated. Exceedingly
rood on the wheat land.
Mrs. M. E. Kronk who has
been veey sick of typhoid fever
is better at this writing. Hope
her a speedy recovery.
Quite a few of the farmers
have almost gotten their land in
condition to plant again.
George Culler! has a new car
now. He is better at present.
Albert Simmons is very sick
with typhoid fever at his home
in Weatherford.
Misses Mirth and Myrl Mer-
rill have returned home from
their sister’s, Mrs. D. C. Tread-
away in the Cowden vicinity.
They attended a few days sing-
ing school and also a protracted
