We notice that the Tecumseh
Democrat publishes a letter pur-
porting to'have been written by
Christ and hidden by Him under
a rock. The rack being recently
turned over, the letter was found.
This fraudulent letter concludes
by saying that the person who
reads it must have it published
or be accursed. People will nev-
er get tired of being humbugged.

The Polish wedding on the
John Williamson farm north of
us, last Wednesday, was quite a
swell affair. Everybody had
plenty to eat and drink, and the
contributions to the bride and
groom were large and ample.
But these people were imposed
upon by young Americans, who
went there, drank too much
and raised a "rough house." For
the protection of the Polish peo-
ple, officers of the law should
be present at all such functions.

Most Effectual Cure For Colds
When you have a bad cold you
want a remedy that will not only
give relief, but effect a prompt
and permanent cure, a remedy
that is pleasant to take, a rem-
edy that contains nothing injur-
ious. Chamberlain's Cough Rem-
edy meets all these requirements.
It acts on nature’s plan, relieves
the lungs, aids expectoration, o-
pens the secretion and restores

Health A Factor In Success
The largest factor contribut-
ing to a man’s success is unboub-
tedly health. It has been ob-
served that a man is seldom sick
when his bowels are regular—he
is never well when they are con-
stipated. For constipation you
will find nothing quite so good
as Chamberlain’s Tablets. They
not only move the bowels but
improve the appetite and streng-
then the digestion: They are
