THE INTER UR HAN.
The car line on East Capitol Hill is
being greatly improved. Soon a new
car will lie running and a 15-minute
service is promised. The people of
Capitol Hill appreciate that line. But
(or it starting up independent there
woukl not yet have been a line this
side of the river. Property is increas-
ing in value faster now than ever be-
fore on this side of the river and when
the Patterson-Glasgow line gets its
service improved as they expect, prices
will go still higher no matter how it
is on ilie north side. Their line should
lie patronized.

It is a good plan to buy from your
home merchant and so build up home
industries that help the town. Your
home dealer stays with you the year
round and don’t sell things only when
he has nothing else to do.
