The whole country has been search-
ed over in an effort to find a belter
hand than Thavlu's for a State Kair.
The search was unavailing. So Tha-
vlu, with his famous hand, operatic
singers, eaharet trio, tango team, and
numerous other features, have been
ergaged to entertain the hundreds of
thousands of visitors at the eighth
annual Oklahoma State Fair and Ex-
position, Oklahoma. City, Sept. 22 to
Oct. .1, 1914 The music market
prompted it; the people insistently dc
manded it; and tho management of
the Oklahoma State Fair and Expo-
sition is glad to be in a position to
satisfy the demand.
Thavlu is a prince of conductors.
He has attained this world wldo re-
nown through merit Signora Emilia
Leovalll is possessed of a pleasing
lyric soprano voice and great delicaev
and fire of dramatic Interpretation.
She was ono of the leading sopranos
with the Lambardl Opera Company on
tho Pacific Coast In 1911. Ernesto
Geoeconn naa one of the leading ten-
ors with tho San Carlos Opera Com-
pany, appearing with Nordlca and ( on-
stantine. His voice is one of rare
beatitv and power, nml ho Is an excel-
lcnt actor. The band Is composed of
' forty musicians, while delightful en-
tertaimnent will bo offered by Uia
I cabarct trio and the tangolst*.
