ning in the parlors of the Wesley
Methodist church, complimenting
Miss 8hirley Elchor, bride-elect of

The refreshment table was cen-
tered with a white cross standing
in front of a bowl of iris, flanked
on either side by tall pink tapers.
The cross was tied with a white
satin bow and centered with a wed-
ding ring and engagement ring.
The gift table was centered with
a bouquet of redbuds.

the couple's only attendants.
Both are students at the Tulsa
university and Mr. Owens plans to
continue his studies there. He was
evaluated from the El Reno high-
school with the class of 1981 where
he was a member of the Letter-
man's club, president of the Sen-
ate Debating society and a student
Rotarlan.
Mrs. Owens is a graduate of
Central hlghschool in Tulsa.
Mr. and Mrs. Owens will be at
home at 2508 East Second street in
Tulsa.

Observe Birthday
The Royal Neighbors of America
celebrated the 51st anniversary of
the El Reno camp during their
meeting Thursday at the IOOF
hall. Mrs. Olen Craven was lunch-
eon hostess.
Mrs. E E. Fog cut aud served the
anniversary cake and Mrs. Craven
served the Easter cake.
The regular business and prac-
tice work was conducted by Mrs. E.
D. Mark and Mrs. Craven.
