Q. My wife always drives me to
the bus stop when I go to work in
the mornings. The fact that I
kiss her good-by “in public" has
been criticized. What do you think
about this?
A. If you do this quickly and
inconspicuously, there certainly is
nothing wrrong with it. A prolonged
embrace would be in very bad
taste.

BILL LOGAN says...
Oklahoma's Prohibition Laws
Are a Failure—
\
BILL LOGAN has served in the state legislature for 16 years1
continuously, except for time spent in military service. He has
been president pro tern of the senate, chairman of the legislative
council, majority floor leader, chairman of committee on revenue
and taxation, chairman of audit committee, chairman of commit-
tee on constitutional revision, and has held many other top
assignments.
Senator BILL LOGAN knows
Oklahoma's Problems As Well As Any Person in the State of Oklahoma!
He sees Oklahoma fighting to improve its schools, highways, public welfare programs, in-
stitutions, municipalities and other great items of Dublic concern. He knows Oklahoma s in-
come is limited, its taxes have reached an all-time high and should not be raised. But a Si5 mil-
lion liquor industry goes untaxed.
BILL LOGAN Proposes To Correct This Situation Through
LEGALIZED PACKAGE LIQUOR SALES Under the Following Conditions:
1. Local Option on Sales.
2. Package Sales Only; No Broken Packages To Be Sold.
3. Heavy Penalty for Sales to Persons Under 21 Years Old.
4. No Sunday Sales.
5. Saloons and Taverns Sales Forever Prohibited.
6. Distribution of Licenses According to Population.
7. Issuance of Licenses to Reputable Persons Only.
8. Sales Only W here 24-Hour Police Service Is Available.
Other candidates have promised many new expenditures without indicating sources of new rev-
enue BILL LOGAN, whose honesty, courage and ability have been proven in his 16 years in the
legisiature, offers a feasible plan. He is the man who can lead Oklahoma to better social and
economic conditions.
