schemes to meet these problems
t'robably the most useful work of
the aeroplane has been the loca-
tion of positions and consequent
direction of artillery fire often re-
sulting in terrible losses to the at-
tacked army.
According to a distinguished Lon-
don surgeon, now serving as a vol-
unteer In the army medical corps
the British troops have become
adepts at building dummy trenches
to attract the enemy's fire. These
trenches are thrown up with great
fidelity and dummy figures and guns
are feft in them patiently awaiting
the German aeroplane scouts. Jl «-

nearest German battery, and a

Tulsa a case has been filed In the
courts which may conceivably result

however, to get that far.
This Is a suit by a producer,

the north field at Cushing, against
a pipe line company to compel the

mission suspending production. This
order will be made the defense of
