For the reason that the said cases
and cans with their contents, as
aforesaid, appeared to have been
shipped, transported and moved from
the City of Omaha, in the State of
Nebraska, in and by Interstate Com-
merce, into the Western District of
Oklahoma, to the City of Shawnee. -
containing an article ot food, to-
wit, sweet potatoes, alleged to con-
sist in part of u filthy decomposed
and putrid vegetable substance and
unfit for food, th- same having been
seized within the premises of the
Bell-Way land Grocery Co., a corpor-
ation. in the said City of Shawnee,
in the Western District of Oklahoma,
and the -ime is now in my posses-
sion and 1 do hereby give further
notice, particularly to the Bell-Way-
