No More Headaches
Coffee drinking induces headache, indigestion, nervousness, heart trouble,
and many other ills. This because coffee contains the poisonous drug, caffeine.
A prominent business man of Memphis, Tenn., writes under date of April 21,
1913, of his experience In quitting coffee. He says:
"For a number of years 1 had been a great" sufferer from headaches and In-
digestion.
"About January first of this year I left off coffee and began the use of In-
stant I'ostum. Since getting from under the influence of coffee, headaches have
ceased. I can eat anything I want to, and have no indigestion. In addition to
this I have gained In weight.
"I attribute it all to the stopping of coffee and the use of Postum.
"I write (Ills letter simply to add my testimony to the many you already have,
and to induce some fellow sufferer to get relief by quitting coffee and turning
to Instant Postum as a morning beverage." (Name given on request).
Instant postum
Is a pure food-drink, made only of clean, roasted whole wheat and a
small quantity of molasses. It conta ns no drug whatever, but does
contain the vital phosphates of the grain which are essential for the up-
building of brain and nerve and muscle tissue.
If something interferes with your comfort, suppose you try leaving off coffee and use
Instant Postum.
Postum comes in two forms.
Regular Postum (must be boiled.)
Instant Postum doesn't require boiling, but is prepared instantly by stirring a
level tea poor.l'ul in «n ordinary cup ol hot water and adding cream and sugar to taste.
A level teaspoonful makes it right lor most people. Some use a heaping teaspoonful
and temper it with plenty of cream, and it has a delightfully snappy flavour that is wonderfully
pleasing. Find out how you like it and always have it served that way.
"There's a Reason" for POSTUM
! Judge J. H. Woods has returned
from an extended visit to his farm
in the Brownsville district of Texas.
Dr. Colvert of Tecumseh was a
Shawnee visitor today.

of the county court, was here from
Tecumseh this afternoon.

plete the course.

REPORT OF INVESTI-
GATING COMMITTEE
I We, the committee which' was ap-
pointed by the Nazarene church to
investigate the Christian character
of Miss Fern Irwin, Miss Saydee
Coulter and Mrs. Maggie Neenan on
the charges made against their In-
tegrity by Mrs. G. LeathiTwooil,
find after thorough investigation
that the charges are absolutely
without foundation.
No evidence whatever has been
found that sustains the accusations.
I The one making them refused to
meet the committee and when wo
went to her she walked away from
us refusing to furnish any evidence
whatever to support her state-
ments.
| We call on all friends and ac-
quaintances and all fair minded
people everywhere who may hear
these slanderous reports against the
purity and good names of these
girls to denounce them aB false.
