County Youths to Take
Part at Capital
One more step toward the com-
pletion of plans for Central Okla-
homa Area Council's big Boy Seoul
Circus at Oklahoma City Dec 1 was
made this week by officials when
the circus program and troop stunt
assignments were announced here
today.
El Reno and Canadian county
scouts will be among those in the
the Central Area to take part In the
tig event, according to J. J Keith,
scout executive. Other counties
that will participate are: Oklahoma.
Elaine. Custer, Washita, Beckham
end Roger Mills and parts of Dew-
ey, Kingfisher and McClain.
The big event Dec. 1 will open
with a pageant depicting the set-
tlement of Oklahoma from the
time of the Indian to the present
day. It will be followed by the
grand entry of Scouts, more than
".500, marching before the throng.
All council area scouts will take
part.
Eighteen more events follows.
They are: ropes and whips Scout
games, first aid, merit bndg"
tableaux. Cubbing. Sea Scouting
tire-making, drums and bugles,
round-up awards. Eagle Scon'
awards, chariot races, communica-
tions. use of neckerchief, aviation,
camping, pioneering, clowning, and
the closing ceremony.
Scout leaders met this week with

tive of Dallas, Texas, to discuss
