legally liable for taxes and was duly as-
sessed and properly charged on the lax

estate was returned delinquent for the non-
payment of said taxes costs and charges
and was legally adhrtised for sale for said
taxes, costs and charges for the said year,
and was duly sold at public sale on the
Ith day of November, 1913, between the
hours of 9 o'clock a. in. and •! o’clock p. m.
of said day, by the Treasurer of said
County at the door of the Court House at
the Treasurer’s office in said county, where
by law, said taxes were made payable to
S. N. Allenbaugh, for Fifty-nine and 77-100
Dollars (*59.77), said sum being the amount
of tuxes, interest, penalty and charges
thereon for said year, and the said S. S.
Allcnhaugh being the highest bidder there-
for the paying said taxes, interest, penal-
ties and charges for the whole of said real
estate which was the least quantity of said
real estate above described that would sell
for said taxes, penalties, charges and costs.
That John J. (inynian, who was Treas-
urer of said County at the time of said
sale, executed, signed and drliverd to S. N.
Allenhaugli, the purchaser above named.
Seventy-eight (78) certificates of purchase
in writing of that date showing the sale of
said real estate to said purchaser, the facts
hereinbefore recited, and such other facts
as are required by law.
That I, the undersigned S. S. Allenbaugh,
am the owner and holder of said certifi-
cates of purchase; that said real estate has
not been redeemed from said sale, that two
years have expired since said sale and
unless redemption is made from this sale
within sixty days after the date of service
of tlds notice a tax deed will be demanded
and will issue as provided by law convey-
ing said real estate to the undersigned.
