suant to call of county clerk.

Amberg. Journal of previous
meeting; read and approved.
This being the day set for the
heating; of the remonstrance
against the issuance of liquor
license to X. Bentley of Tryon,
Okla,, the hour having arrived
for said case, comes now N. Bent-
ley, the applicant, and withdraws
his.application for said license.
The application of W. P. Ransiu
for the division of the X'. W. Sec-
tion 32-15 3 for the purpose of
lui.ving taxes granted, and clerk
instructed to make said division

Newby for refund and quietus on
N. W. 1, Section 8-18-3, years

recommendation of county at-
