ty-flve Dollars ($85.00) attorneys'
fees and costs of suit, and awarding
the plaintiff a second mortgage lien
upon said real estate for the sum of
Five Hundred Eighty-eigtt and
62- 300 Dollars ($588.62), with in-
terest thereon from tho first day of
November, 1921, at the rate of ten
per cent per annum until paid, the
further sum of Sixty Dollars ($60.00)
attorneys' feos, and costs of suit,
and foreclosing the plaintiff's mort-
gages against the property above
described, and ordering said proper-
ty sold, without appraisement, un-
der a special execution and order of
sale to bo issued at the expiration of
six months after judgment, to satis-
fy said sums duo the plaintiff under
said judgment, if same be not sooti
er paid, and forever barring and
foreclosing said defendants, and all
persons claiming bv, through or un-
der them, from ever setting up or
asserting any right, title, equity or
interest in or to said premfses, ad-
