ALEX is situated 14 miles southeast of Chickasha and 12 miles northwest of Lindsay, on the Pauls Valley ex-
tension of the Rock Island railway. Alex will be the only railroad town between Chickasha and Lindsay, and is
the junction point of the proposed Ardmore branch of the Rock Island
'ike town is located on a rolling’ piece of land, inc-uring good drainage, and pure water can be obtained at a depth
of from 15 to 25 feet. The railroad will be completed to the town of Alex about October 1, grading being pushed
rapidly.
ALEX is situated in the center of the far lamed Washita Valley, surrounded by a community of farmers who
have lived and grown rich producing large crops of Grain, Fruits and Cotton, a failure of crops being unknown.
The town of Alex will become an important shipping point for the large herds of cattle owned in this section
of country and the trade will be drawn for m >ny miles thus insuring its rapid growth The sale will be conducted
on the Townsite Terms of sale. Cash or Bankable Note. TITLE-A quit Cla'im Deed will be given to the lots
same as in other Territory towns, which gives the purchaser the right to have the same perfected by the govern-
ment and receive his patent.
