Body of the said District, begun at the time provided by law for

23, 1955, beginning at the hour of
2:00 o'clock PM. at the front door
of the Court House In El Reno,
Oklahoma, under the terms and
conditions hereinafter set forth,
the'following described land,'.situ-
ate in Canadian County, Oklahoma:
All of that part or portion of the
Southwest Qaurter (SW«i) of
Section 16, Township 12 North,
Range 7 VV1M lying east of the
east line of United States High-
way No. 66. containing 14 Acres
more or less, subject to easements
Appraised Value $4,900.00.
This land cannot be sold for less
than the appraised value thereof, a*
above set forth.
Sab- will he for cash or under
Certificate of Purchase Contract,
providing for an initial payment of
257c of the total purchase price
which shall he paid immediately
after the making of such bid. and
the balance to be paid in 25 annual
Installments, with 3% interest. De-
linquent principal and Interest to
