two promissory notes, one executed by
the defendant, O. D Steen and Bertha
A. Steen for Eight Hundred (800) Dol-
lars. interest a nd Attorney fees; one
executed by defendants, J. J- Anderson
and Ada E. Anderson, his wile, for
Nine Hundred (900) Dollars, interest
and Attorney fees and to foreclose a
mortgage executed by defendants, O.
I). Steen and Bertha A. Steen, on the
following described real estate situated
111 Lincoln county, State of Oklahoma:
the North East Quarter of Section Thir-
ty (30), Township Seventeen (17)1
Range Four (4) East Indian Meridian,
and a mortgage executed by J. J. An-
