W. L. Lamb and wife of Eureka and
Humboldt Bay, Cal., started on their
homeward journey lust night. after
visiting with their pepitew, John Car-
ter. near Arlington, a couple of days.
Mr. Lamb, tho he does not look to be
over 35 years of age, is neur-
ing the three score mark, and
is a very interesting conversationalist.
He took up his abode on the coast in
’t>4 and says that this is the twenty-
fifth time that he iris crossed the con-
tinent. He informs us that he pur-
chased a considerable tract of land
when he tirst went to California for
S3.50 per acre which has continued in
value and is now worth $500 per
acre. He lias purchased land at vari-
ous limes and places iu the Golden
Gate state and has never yet signed
| a deed to a single acre. While Mr.
' Lamb is an enthusiastic Californian,
i he thinks that there is great wealth
| in store for the Oklahoma farmer.
! He says that our people do not seem
i to realize what a wonderful country
j Oklahoma is. He says that there is
j not a stale in the union that will
glow as great a variety of crops as
[Oklahoma. Mr. Lamb is greatly inter-
| ested in Oklahoma and is watching
| her developments with much interest.

You summon your host judgment when a physi-
cian is to be employed. Use the same care in
the selection of your druggist. The doctor in-
dicates the remedies to be used, then it is the
business of the druggist to supply them.
Everything depends on the purity and potency
of the remedy used. If we li 11 your prescrip-
tions they will produce the results your physi-
cian expects.
